This class is open to anyone wishing to meditate in a high vibrational energy. Meditation is a process that leads the individual to a higher state of awareness, deeper sense of well-being and a peaceful demeanor. This class will incorporate several techniques including sound, breath work, energy balancing and guided imagery. It is open to all levels to experience tranquility in an environment that is warm and nurturing.
